Refund & Returns

We want Deer Edge customers to feel confident before and after checkout. If there is an issue with your order, contact us promptly so we can review and help with the next step.

Return Window

Return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise required by law. Items must generally be unused, in original condition and returned with packaging/accessories when applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. This helps us review the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Situations

Used items, altered items, items damaged after delivery, or returns missing required packaging/accessories may not qualify for a refund.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Bank/card processing times may vary.
